James Bay New Horizons is a not-for-profit society, established in 1974, operating an activity centre in the neighbourhood community of James Bay in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

We provide accessible programs, services and volunteer opportunities to our members and to local residents in general. It is our goal to help people maintain, improve and develop new skills, interests and social opportunities, and to enhance the quality of life of our members and visitors.

Annual memberships are available for $40, and a special August-to-December membership is $25. Non-residents and "snowbirds" may purchase monthly memberships for $10 (please see F.A.Q. for more information). While we offer our own programs and activities, there is also rental space in our facility available to businesses, individuals and organizations. Not including evening rentals, an average 2750 people visit the centre each month.We publish a Weekly Bulletin, a monthly Calendar of Events, a newsletter entitled The Spirit, and a seasonalProgram Guide (courses, workshops and services available at the activity centre). Copies of each are available at our front desk.
